The first couple of nights it felt rock hard and I was like, what the heck? Will I need to return this? Turned out I just wasn't used to this amazing quality after a life of sinking into floppy, unstable American mattresses. Third or fourth night came around, and bam! I started sleeping like a baby. I am not even kidding. The firmness supports my whole body so well and provides a stability that encourages deep sleep. Plus, the mattress has amazing integrity and is long-lasting. It is also so portable! I have taken it with me on trips and overnight sleeping shifts at work. Best bed I have ever owned, hands down. I don't even WANT to go back to the old way - huge, bulky things that need a gigantic frame? No thank you. Once you're used to it, it is completely worth it.

Absolutely LOVE the pattern. It took me a while to decide on one... and I am very happy I went with this one. On my computer screen it appears more yellow. While in person (in my home lighting) it appears much more actual gold to brown color, which worked for me perfectly. The fabric itself is definitely standard textile cotton. (Think bolt of fabric at fabric store). It is not super thick, but it does look well made, and was easy to put on the mattress since it zips up the long side. Overall, very pleased with my purchase.
