great service, great product

Everything was delivered in good condition and on time. One item was late, but the customer service department contacted me to let me know and offered to let me cancel. I love my bed, pillows and cover so much. After 3 months on the bed I have very little back pain in the morning. On the traditional American bed, I was in constant pain.
