Perfect pillow
As am asthmatic woth sleep apnea pillow hunting has been a nightmare. I got this more as an experiment and as a design element to the entire sleeping system with plans to use the neck roll for travel. The adjustability and oddly the firmness of the buckwheat hulls make this a great pillow whether you sleep on your side, back, or stomach. I toss and turn when sleeping and the pillow seems to accomodate all of it. Don't be afraid to add or remove buckwheat hulls as needed to adjust the pillow to your comfort.
Buckwheat pillow attractive and high quality
Very pleased. No complaints. Perfect size. What you should know: 1)The pillow is filled to the max with hulls-so much so that it is rounded and rigid. I need a much flatter pillow that can change shape. Fortunately, it is easy to remove hulls, which I did, leaving about 40% in the pillow. 2) The pillow arrives already fitted with its beautiful cover and sleeve. However, the hulls, which I expected to be in an separate inner zipper pouch, are loose inside this main outer cover, fyi. 3) Also, the fabric is a rough heavier-weight cotton. Feels like canvas against the skin. So I purchased a mulberry silk "toddler" pillowcase in the same size that I found online for $14 .
