I was sent the wrong pillow case. I ordered the standard pillow case(which I intended to use my existing pillow with) but received the throw pillow case without the insert. I reached out numerous times to J life through email , voice-mail, and chat messages, only to receive no response. They were not receptive at all to help me rectify the situation so I had to resort to buying my own insert through Amazon. This was a terrible customer service experience. It's a shame because J Life's products are well made.
