Did not receive all of my product ordered. And when I tried to contact customer service there was no one to speak to. Unprofessional and ridiculous given the price. Do not order from this company, save your time and money.

Review update
This is a follow up to my 1 star review. I received my replacement of my lost items and I could not be happier with the quality and look of the products. I want to send a big shout out to Kristen who help me with my replacements. I'm more than happy with everything!

Received my bed but not my other products. I contacted customer service to inquire about my missing items. They didn't answer the phone, and the response I finally got was my packages had been signed, so I should have all my stuff. I notified them that i had not signed anything and only recieved half of my purchase. When the package had been delivered, it had been left on the porch (which i know falls on FedEx and not the company). I provided a picture of what I received and not stuck with a futon with no covers, sheets, and pillows. For almost $1,500 and an almost two week wait, these types of mistakes shouldn't happen.
