Wonderful, came in on time did not have any issues with keeping track on where the item was as it was being shipped. Item came in not damaged nor did it have any weird scent on the materials. The design of the Usagi are adorable and I just love the feel of it. I will be buying this again later on when this one starts to get holes after it has been loved for many years. I know my green cover I owned lasted 3+ years before it began to get a hole in it.
