The cast iron surface is not smooth enough to allow fallen ashes to dump out cleanly - you'll have to figure that one out as you go along. As for the incense sticks, I bot a boxful and don't regret it. However, I'll bet that the labels, if I could read the calligraphy, would identify each scent. Could someone do that for me?
