Amazing product...stressful delivery.

Let me start off by first saying that I LOVE this bundle. It arrived without damage and it wonderful condition. Their product is of high quality and I would like to get more in the future.

BUT.

If you need to change the address of the shipment or live in an apartment, this can be a very difficult delivery. Due to delays in shipment (9 business days) and a very lengthy delivery (over a week and a half - I live in Toronto), I required a change in shipping address. Although the initial help I received was helpful, they said that nothing could be done to change my address even though I hasd multiple conversations with FedEx about how J LIfe just had to provide an esignature. I ended up having to rent a UHaul which cost around 75$ with insurance to complete this purchase. Overall, stressful delivery - good product.

More Than We Anticipated

I really really like this item. We purchased it as a first bed for our Daughter. We live in a very small condo and we wanted to maximize her room space, so she could use it to play, rather than house a bed. We can fold the futon up to create a reading nook in the corner and Everyone ends up laying on it at some point during the day.

Its firm. But its also giving(?) Its not at all what I was expecting. It seems really high quality. The fabric isn't very soft, but it is clearly a quality fabric for high durability.

I am also surprised by the Tatami Mat we recieved with the Futon. Awe, was kinda the only word that came to mind. I expected it would be less than optimal, because of how much cheaper this tatami mat is to others ive seen. It is gorgeous, and it feels good on your hands.

We are in love. Our Daughter (Toddler) loves the Gold Fabric so much. We surprised her by putting the bed in her room, in place of her crib, without her knowing. She ran straight to it and hugged her new silk pillow.

She used to have a hard time sleeping, but all of a sudden shes sleeping all through the night. Its been amazing all around. Thanks J-Life!
